After studied law in Korea and UK, Robert has developed project opportunities with the people from the government, financial institutions, law firms, utilities, Industry associations, laboratories, academia, Engineering Procurement Construction companies etc.
He has introduced and developed projects opportunities like Nugen nuclear project, JV with UK utilities for gas fired power stations, the MOU between UK and Korea governments etc. Robert will manage the legal matters in developing energy and infrastructure projects globally with his and his network’s knowledge, experience and support.

Julian worked for Land Securities, Tishman Realty & Construction Inc and managed their clients such as Metropolitan Life, Bank of America, American Express, GE and Citibank. He then started JV with IKEA in investing into various properties in the UK and Ireland and subsequently went to USA and ran a program of developing net leased properties, grocery stores, drugstores, stand-alone fast-food restaurants etc. and sold the business. Julian has managed more than 10 million ft² of commercial property and acquired $3 Billion of office investments during his career dedicated only into property industry for more than 3 decades.
